All coquo modules are manufactured in our Montreal workshop. A team of experts and experienced craftsmen manufacture and assemble all coquo module parts.

All modules in the Radix and Balneo collections are sold without a countertop.

You can have a custom-made countertop cut and installed in the material of your choice on one or a combination of coquo modules. A countertop between ½" (13mm) and ¾"(19mm) thick is recommended. Contact your specialist retailer for more information.

The coquo module legs are adjustable and offer the possibility of adjusting ½" (13 mm) upwards or downwards.

Respect for nature guides our every action: from purchasing to project completion, every step has been designed to limit our ecological footprint. By choosing local solid wood for our furniture, we were able to eliminate any environmentally damaging components (such as melamine, a material that is difficult to recycle). We took our approach a step further by creating 100% recyclable, Styrofoam-free packaging.

Return, exchange and cancellation policies

We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, but we also understand that you may change your mind. We will gladly accept a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns and exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange a module, you have a period of 7 days following receipt of your order. The unused module must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Any refund will be made in the original form of payment once the module has been inspected.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs
Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Contact a modular specialist to request authorization for return or exchange of merchandise and to obtain an estimate of return shipping costs. If customs fees apply, they will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation
Cancellation of an order can only be made within the first 24 working hours following order confirmation. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order once production has started. Contact a modular specialist to request authorization to cancel an order.

If your merchandise was delivered to you damaged or defective, we are sincerely sorry. Please notify us as soon as possible by e-mail support@coquo.ca or by telephone: 514 379-3447 (toll-free: 1-833-607-3447). Delivery methods and costs

Delivery - Standard (curbside)
Delivery of Coquo modules is available throughout Canada via the UPS parcel service. Delivery times vary according to destination. Please allow a minimum of 5 to 10 business days for shipping after your order has been manufactured. Please note that additional delays may apply for remote areas.
With the standard delivery service, orders are delivered to the curb. Unpacking is not included in this service.
An agent from the local delivery center will call you to let you know that your item has arrived and to arrange a delivery day.
Your item will be delivered in a hatchback truck and unloaded by the delivery driver.
Please check the goods on receipt. You will need to sign a proof of delivery. Please indicate any damage to the goods or packaging on the delivery receipt; if you refuse delivery due to damage, please indicate: delivery refused due to damage on the receipt.
A signature is required at the time of delivery, otherwise the delivery driver will not be able to proceed.

Delivery - Accelerated
Coquo is able to offer expedited shipping for certain orders. Contact a modular specialist to request a quote for expedited shipping.
Delivery - Freight
For orders of larger modules and/or module combinations, one of our freight partners will contact you as soon as your order is ready to schedule delivery. Delivery times vary according to destination, so please allow 5 to 10 working days.
No other delivery service is currently available.
Picking
If you live in the greater Montreal area, contact a modular specialist to see if your order can be picked up.
Delivery charges
Delivery costs are calculated directly on the site at the payment stage.
Change of delivery address
It is possible to change the delivery address once your order has left the shipping center. A fee of $100 is charged for this change. Please note that additional delivery time of 1 to 10 business days is required.
Delivery attempts
Our standard delivery service offers a maximum of 3 delivery attempts over a period of 5 working days. You also have the option of picking up your order at an access point after the first two attempts. After the 3rd delivery attempt, your order will be reshipped to our workshop, and shipping and return charges will not be refunded.
Delivery at a later date
It is possible to store your order free of charge and to postpone the delivery date for a maximum of 5 working days once your order has left our workshop. After this period, additional storage and delivery charges will apply. If your order has not yet left our workshop and you would like to extend the delivery date, please contact a modular specialist to make the request. Please note that storage charges may apply.
Taxes
Sales taxes applicable to your province will be collected at the time of payment.

Assembly, warranty and maintenance

coquo modules are pre-assembled and require little assembly. An instruction sheet detailing all installation steps will be included in the box.

All coquo modules come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty applies only to domestic use of our modules. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse of the module. There may be a slight variation in the color or pattern of the wood; our samples are for reference only. Normal color variation of natural materials such as wood and material movement are not guaranteed.
In the event of a manufacturing defect
After evaluation, coquo will decide whether or not the module is covered by the warranty. If it is covered, coquo will repair the module or replace it with an identical or similar module. Coquo will assume the cost of repairs, replacement parts, labor and travel, provided the module is accessible for repair without incurring additional expense. All repair work not authorized by coquo is excluded. In the event that a module is no longer sold by coquo, coquo will provide a suitable replacement module. Appropriate replacement is at coquo's sole discretion.

Conditions
The warranty is valid from the date of purchase of your module. The original invoice is required for any claim.
No additional warranty is offered.
