  • Coquo modules are available at our Montreal showroom, located at 7865 Saint-Laurent Boulevard. Note: The showroom of our sister company, Steam Kitchens, is located in the same building.

    It is also possible to visit a coquo kitchen at the MUST Société store, located at 1965 Autoroute des Laurentides in Laval (open to all).

  • All coquo modules are manufactured in Montreal in our workshop. A team of experienced experts and craftsmen manufacture and assemble all the parts of the coquo modules.

  • All modules in the Radix and Balneo collections are sold without a counter.

  • You can have a custom countertop cut and installed in the material of your choice on one or a combination of Coquo modules. A countertop between ½" (13 mm) and ¾" (19 mm) thick is recommended. Contact your specialist retailer for more information.

  • The legs of the coquo modules are adjustable and can be raised or lowered by ½" (13 mm).

  • Respect for nature guides everything we do: from purchasing to project completion, every step has been designed to limit our ecological footprint. By choosing local solid wood for our furniture, we have been able to eliminate all components that are harmful to the environment (such as melamine, a material that is difficult to recycle). We have taken our approach even further by creating 100% recyclable packaging without Styrofoam.

Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policies

  • We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, but we also understand that you may change your mind. We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

    Returns and exchanges

    If you wish to return or exchange a module, you have a period of 7 days following receipt of your order. The unused module must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Any refund will be made according to the original payment method once the module has been inspected.

    Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Return shipping costs

    Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

    Contacta modular specialist to request authorization to return or exchange merchandise and to obtain an estimate of the return shipping costs. If customs fees apply, they will be deducted from your refund.

    Cancellation

    Orders can only be canceled within the first 24 business hours following order confirmation. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order once production has begun.Contact amodular specialist to request authorization to cancel the order.

  • If your merchandise was delivered damaged or is defective, we sincerely apologize. Please notify us as soon as possible by email at support@coquo.ca or by phone at 514-379-3447 (toll-free number: 1-833-607-3447). Delivery methods and costs

  • Delivery - Standard (curbside)

    Coquo modules can be delivered anywhere in Canada via UPS parcel service. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. However, please allow a minimum of 5 to 10 business days for shipping after your order has been manufactured. Please note that additional time may be required for remote areas.

    With standard delivery service, orders are delivered to the curb. Unpacking is not included in this service. 

    • A representative from the local delivery center will call you to notify you that your item has arrived and to arrange a delivery date. 

    • Your item will be delivered in a box truck and unloaded by the delivery driver.

    • Upon receipt of the goods, please check them. You will be required to sign a proof of delivery. Please indicate any damage to the goods or packaging on the delivery receipt; if you refuse delivery due to damage, please indicate: delivery refused due to damage on the receipt. 

    • A signature is required upon delivery, otherwise the delivery driver will not be able to proceed. 

    • For delivery inside your home, contact usHERE toreceive an estimate of the additional costs.

    Delivery - Expedited

    Coquo is able to offer expedited shipping for certain orders.Contact amodular specialist to request this service and receive an estimate of the expedited shipping costs.

    Delivery - Freight

    For orders of larger modules and/or combinations of modules, one of our freight partners will contact you as soon as your order is ready to schedule delivery. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, so please allow 5 to 10 business days. 

    No other delivery services are available at this time.

    Harvesting

    If you live in the greater Montreal area,contact amodular specialist to confirm whether pickup of your order is possible.

    Shipping costs

    Shipping costs are calculated directly on the website at the checkout stage. 

    Change of delivery address

    It is possible to change the delivery address once your order has left the shipping center. A fee of $100 is charged for making this change. Please note that an additional delivery time of 1 to 10 business days must also be taken into account.

    Delivery attempts

    Our standard delivery service offers a maximum of three delivery attempts over a period of five business days. You also have the option of picking up your order at an access point after the first two attempts. After the third delivery attempt, your order will be returned to our workshop and the delivery and return costs will not be refunded. 

    Delivery at a later date

    It is possible to store your order free of charge and postpone the delivery date for up to 5 business days once your order has left our workshop. After this period, additional storage and delivery fees will apply. If your order has not yet left our workshop and you would like to postpone the delivery date,please contacta modular specialist to make the request. Please note that storage fees may apply.

    Taxes

    Sales taxes applicable to your province will be collected at the time of payment.

Assembly, warranty, and maintenance

  • The coquo modules are pre-assembled and require little assembly. An instruction sheet detailing all installation steps will be included in the box.

  • Coquo modules are designed so that you can install them yourself, quickly and easily. An instruction sheet detailing all the installation steps will be included in the box.

  • All Coquo modules come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty applies only to domestic use of our modules. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse of the module. There may be slight variations in the color or pattern of the wood; our samples are for reference purposes only. Normal color variation in natural materials such as wood and movement of materials are not covered by the warranty.

    In case of manufacturing defect

    After evaluation, coquo will decide whether or not the module is covered by the warranty. If it is covered, coquo will repair the module or replace it with an identical or similar module. Coquo will bear the cost of repairs, replacement parts, labor, and labor travel, provided that the module is accessible for repair without incurring additional expenses. All repair work not authorized by coquo is excluded. In the event that a module is no longer sold by coquo, coquo will provide an appropriate replacement module. The appropriate replacement is at coquo's sole discretion.

    Terms and Conditions

    The warranty is valid from the date of purchase of your module. The original invoice is required for any claim.
