Planning a kitchen 3/3: The work
Last but not least: the planning stage.Don'tworry about looking professional. Just be yourself. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but it's your story that will set you apart. If you can't hear your own voice in your head when you read back the words, you've got a long way to go.
Step 4: The work
You're almost there! With the layout plan completed and your choice of appliances and finishing materials (flooring, backsplash, plumbing, etc.) finalized, it's time to plan the work.
-
Take the time to draw up a schedule, listing all the tasks you need to complete in order to build your space. Don't be afraid to make a very detailed list of tasks to eliminate the risk of oversights. Every little detail counts!
-
Don't forget to take into account the availability of professionals (if necessary), as well as delivery times for your finishing materials and appliances. Make sure each professional is scheduled at the right time in the process. You don't want to paint everything before the electrician comes and drills new holes!

Since coquo furniture is handmade, it's also important to allow 4 weeks for our magnificent team to make your super modules, and another 5 to 10 days for delivery of the order.
That's it! You're now ready to design your kitchen! With the help of the 4 steps presented in this series of 3 articles, you can now let your imagination run wild. Check out our project planning tab, where we've prepared a checklist to help you plan your renovation or redesign.
